Standard Shipping – Ground
1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; Delivery is by the end of the business day.
Please allow 12 to 36 hours to prepare the shipping.
Express 2 day – Second day
Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Please check transit times. Perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles) will be shipped to arrive within 1-2 days only Monday to Wednesday. If you place an order after 2pm (EST) on Wednesday your perishable order will be shipped out next Monday.
Express Next day
Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Check transit times. Perishable items (fresh and frozen) will be shipped via Express Next Day only Monday to Thursday. If you place an order after 2pm (EST) on Thursday, your order will be shipped out next Monday.
Express Priority **Saturday delivery – Fedex /UPS Saturday Delivery
Available for residential delivery and select commercial establishments with prior authorization. Orders ship Friday, for Saturday delivery by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. (Saturday Priority Service is not available in all areas).
If you have an order requiring Saturday delivery , kindly contact us prior to placing an order to ensure timely delivery.
ABOUT SHIPPING
In order to offer to our customers the best service we ship all our products in special FedEx/UPS boxes at our discounted rates, we ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, butter ,etc) only via Fedex /UPS 1-2 Air Service. If your order includes perishable or combined perishable and non-perishable items, it will be shipped via Next Day or Second Day service.
Please note that at our discretion, depending on the value of the order ,type of product being order and degree of perishability we may require signature on delivery to ensure among other factors that the order is handed directly to appropriate party and not left unattended for longer period of time . This way you will rest assured that a fresh product will always arrive fresh at your door.
We strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the delivery, sign for the package, and refrigerate perishable items immediately upon arrival.
We also use USPS/Fedex/UPS for non-perishable items depending on weight , destination distance, address type and other factors .
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
Due to shipping limitations , we are unable to ship packages for delivery on the following Federal holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.
RETURNS
All products are guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. Fresh Truffles and Frozen products should be returned in foam box and icepack via next day shipping. If perishable items will not be shipped as instructed credit will not be granted. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued, please send an email to info@dailytruffles.com . Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.
