Shipping & Return Policy

All orders will be shipped from our New Jersey location via UPS /FedEx/USPS within the continental United States.  We can not ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow up to 1-2 business days processing time for orders to be prepared for delivery to our shipping carriers. The Carrier standard delivery times then apply.   To estimate your product arrival, please allow up to 1-2 business days of  DailyTruffles shop processing time PLUS estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for most shipments. Expedited Shipping Orders are subject to carrier daily pick up cutoff times ( usually 2pm EST)

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to support@dailytruffles.com

 

Returns

We offer 14 days to return an item from the ship date.
Eligibility for return:

• All items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
• The order is returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The order was not purchased on final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Unless the return is our fault , the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
