Fresh white truffles (Tuber magnatum) are harvested in the autumn months and can can extend to late December, early January depending on the weather/soil conditions.
They have a smooth and waxy texture and a white or light yellow color. The aroma is fragrant and pungent, with a sweet, nutty, and earthy flavor.
We only source the highest quality truffles from Europe and carefully inspect them for quality and freshness.

How to Enjoy: White truffles are best enjoyed fresh, as their delicate flavor and aroma can be lost when cooked. To enjoy their unique flavor, simply wash and peel the truffles and then shave them over salads, scrambled eggs, pasta dishes, risotto, mashed potatoes, and more. The truffles can also be served whole or chopped and used in sauces, soups, and more.
